How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days before they ship. During holidays and peak seasons, processing may take a bit longer — we'll keep you updated if there's any delay. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we currently only ship within the United States. International shipping isn't available yet, but we're working on it — stay tuned!

What is your return policy? 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 20 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed on your end. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
